About the author 👩🏫
Dr Magdalena Laabs – CEO of the Rolbatch and Axtora Energy group, is an expert with many years of experience in the plastics processing industry and new technologies. In 2024, Dr. Laabs was honored with the Eco Filary award by Manager Report Magazin for innovative activities for sustainable development. Often called a "Renaissance woman" for her interdisciplinary approach to business, Dr. Laabs is committed to both technology, sustainability and energy efficiency.
🎨Private hobby - art: Apart from his professional activity, Dr. Laabs is passionate about art, especially oil painting. Her works can be admired in the family art gallery that she runs with her husband and children. Her paintings decorate galleries and residences around the world. She recently won the Artista d'Europa award, and her works were exhibited at the Antonio Battaglia Gallery in Milan, in Paris, several times in Warsaw and at the Plastpol fair in Kielce and Świnoujście. She also painted a portrait of her mentor Brian Tracy, which decorates his San Diego home.
