As themain organizer of the conference, I have a personal connection with gastronomy - before I graduated in economics, I received my education at theGastronomic Technical School at ul. Poznańska in Warsaw, one of themost renowned catering schools in Poland. The same technical school was graduated by ourchefs, brothers Jakub and Michał Budnik, who with their skills and passion will provide participants withexquisite culinary experiences.
Later, my professional paths went towards economics, business and energy, but my passion for good cuisine remained. This common element of our culinary history is particularly important to me and emphasizes how much we care about thehighest quality - both in the substantive content and in every meal served during the conference.

Budnik Brothers – Passion and Professionalism in Every Dish
Jakub and Michał Budnik are a duo of chefs whohave gained recognition in the Polish culinary world thanks to their unique approach to cooking . The graduates of the Catering Technical School in Warsaw gained their first experience under the supervision of the outstanding chef Paweł Oszczyk in the five-star Le Regina hotel. Jakub continued his education in France, working in the renowned restaurant Le Jardin du Quai near Avignon, where he was fascinated by the philosophy that simplicity and excellent quality of ingredients are the key to outstanding flavors. Michał, on the other hand, developed his career in Poland, among others. co-creating the Duchnicka Wine & Food restaurant in Warsaw, and later representing Poland at the Culinary Olympics in Erfurt, where he won a bronze medal.
Thanks to this experience and shared passion, theBudnik brothers have created a refined cuisine in which modernity is combined with deep respect for tradition.Currently, they run the kitchen at the Mazurkas hotel, where their talent and attention to detail are appreciated by guests at the largest events in the country. They regularly share their knowledge and culinary inspirations in the "Pytanie na Śniadanie" program, gaining recognition not only among professionals, but also among the general public.
